I bring the knowledge, skill, and resources of a seasoned 30-year market leader to my current role as Senior Real Estate Advisor to buyers and sellers. Since making Telluride my home in 1993, I have had the privilege of helping clients navigate every aspect of our unique market—from legacy ranch properties and luxury homes to condominiums and first-time purchases. I joined Peaks Real Estate in 1997, when it was a small office of just three agents. I played an integral role in its remarkable growth and evolution—from earning the prestigious Sotheby’s International Realty franchise in 2004 to becoming LIV Sotheby’s International Realty in 2019. I was recruiting to lead the firm as Managing Broker of 30+ associates, consistently ranking among the top-producing brokerages in the region and reaching LIV-Telluride’s benchmark production under my leadership. As former Vice President and Managing Broker, I led with a focus on mentorship, operational excellence, and market insight—responsibilities that now enrich my work with buyers and sellers. I continue to be one of the company’s top producers, offering clients the benefit of my long-standing experience, in-depth market knowledge, and results-driven strategy. My goal is simple: to provide a seamless, informed, and personalized real estate experience that exceeds expectations and helps make your Telluride dream a reality. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, I’m a graduate of Villa Duchesne/Sacred Heart and hold a B.S. in Communications and Marketing from Loyola University in New Orleans. I am a member of the Telluride, Colorado, and National Association of Realtors. When I’m not working with clients, I love introducing others to the vibrant lifestyle and dynamic community that makes Telluride so special.
