Description
Jacqueline Haut Evans approaches real estate as both an art and a calling. With a discerning eye for design, a passion for storytelling, and a commitment to excellence, she brings an elevated perspective to every property she curates, from expansive equestrian estates to intimate cottages. Drawn to the region more than two decades ago for its timeless beauty and sense of community, Jacqueline chose to raise her family on a farm surrounded by sheep, goats, chickens, and honey bees. The area’s rare balance of pastoral tranquility and proximity to New York and Philadelphia continues to inspire both her lifestyle and the stories she helps her clients create.
Originally from Berlin, Germany, and raised in La Jolla, California, Jacqueline earned her Bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Barbara and an MFA from the School of Visual Arts in New York City. Her background in the arts deeply influences her approach to design, staging, and marketing, ensuring that every property becomes a narrative crafted to engage, inspire, and captivate. She believes that exceptional marketing should resonate emotionally, visually, and strategically to reach quality buyers best suited for each home.
Having lived in the New Hope area for more than 25 years, Jacqueline’s connection to the land and community runs deep. Licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, she represents clients across state lines with the same dedication, insight, and professionalism that define her work. As a co-founder of HALT (Homeowners Against Land Taking), she became a leading advocate and spokesperson for land preservation, helping to stop the PennEast pipeline, one of the most opposed gas pipelines in U.S. history. Her advocacy during the seven-year fight earned recognition on the Senate floor and invitations to speak at the National Press Club and the New Jersey State House. She has been interviewed by NPR, PBS, CBS, ABC, Princeton TV, and Lehigh Valley News, and was invited to serve as a Friend to the Court during the Supreme Court hearing on the matter.
Jacqueline’s commitment to high-quality marketing strategies, cinematic lifestyle videos, and compelling storytelling has brought her listings to life and earned features in outlets such as The New York Times, NJ.com, and For the Love of Old Houses. Recognized for her in-depth community knowledge, she was also selected to lead the Delaware Township lifestyles article featured in The New York Times.
With roots in New York, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, and La Jolla, Jacqueline maintains deep connections to key feeder markets and has an intuitive understanding of what attracts sophisticated buyers to the region. Her ability to bridge these influential networks continues to bring the right audience and the right opportunities to every property she represents.
Above all, Jacqueline values the relationships she builds with her clients. She takes pride in guiding them through every step of their real estate journey with care, insight, and intention, helping them connect with the lifestyle they envision. By the end of the process, many clients find they have gained not just a home but a trusted partner and friend.
Jacqueline loves where she lives and is passionate about sharing that experience with others. Experience the art of elevated living with Jacqueline Haut Evans.
