Description

Courtney brings a treasure trove of knowledge, an inspired aesthetic, and innovative resources to both buyers and sellers. With her family's roots deeply embedded in southern Westchester for over a century, Courtney boasts an extensive network of contacts and insider information. This invaluable local connection ensures she's always in the know about the latest opportunities and trends. Courtney's passion for real estate is beautifully complemented by her love for design, staging, and renovation. Over the past 12 years, she and her husband have masterfully transformed two 1920s southern Westchester homes. Her wealth of resources is a testament to her hands-on experience and commitment to excellence. When Courtney recommends a partner, it's someone she's personally collaborated with and trusts. Prior to her venture into real estate with Julia B. Fee Sotheby's, Courtney enjoyed a remarkable twenty-five-year career in media buying. At the EVP level, she skillfully negotiated multi-million dollar partnerships for blue-chip clients, consistently securing them the top spot in the marketplace. Real estate is a natural extension of her skill set, where her flair for closing deals and her passion truly shine. After studying at Loyola University New Orleans, Courtney spent the next fifteen years living in Manhattan, where she met her husband Matt. Expecting their first child, Courtney knew they would be returning to Westchester. She and Matt moved to Pelham, New York in 2012. Courtney is an enthusiastic participant in her community. Recently selected for the third consecutive year as co-host of the Picnic in the Park fundraiser for the Pelham Picture House. She is a board member of the Friends of the Pelham Public Library, a member of the Pelham Chamber of Commerce, the Colonial School PTA, and the Pelham Country Club. She is also the former President of the Pelhamwood Association. When Courtney isn't exploring houses, you can spot her supporting local restaurants and businesses. She can also be found in the bleachers of hockey rinks and baseball fields, cheering on her two sons, or in her favorite spot, on her yoga mat.
