Josh Weddington has lived along the Emerald Coast long enough to be considered a native, and remembers telling his parents while attending Destin Elementary School, "I never want to leave here!"

He enjoyed a varied career in both retail and as director of operations for a vacation rental management company before turning his attention to real estate and joining Scenic Sotheby's International Realty. His prior experience with rentals including how to maximize their value and capitalize on their investment return is a boon to his client base.

Josh describes himself as a very systematic person and someone who enjoys helping clients uncover investment opportunities that can be real assets at any stage of life. With his knowledge base, he works primarily with investors all along the Emerald Coast, helping make sense of investments before, during and after a sale. He prides himself on having a well-rounded perspective of what a property can mean to a buyer in different life cycles, following the quote, "The right thing at the wrong time is the wrong thing."

In his free time, Josh enjoys playing sports such as beach volleyball and investing in businesses with his wife, Karli. Together, they enjoy spending time with their two boys, Nolan and Liam.
