With skill and professionalism, she utilizes all available tools to market homes both online and off. Along with her Oregon real estate license, Kris holds a degree in Interior Design. This makes her a great asset for sellers when staging homes to make a house sell faster and for top dollar. When working with buyers her knowledge of home construction helps navigate home inspections and negotiations of repairs. Prior to becoming a broker, Kris worked as a science teacher for 12 years. Her patience and love for education allows her to smoothly guide first time homes buyers through a successful purchase. She even teaches a free first time home buyer class to introduce potential buyers to the process. Her goal is to make clients feel comfortable and informed during the entire process, often the biggest financial decisions of their lives. When she’s not working, Kris volunteers with the SMART Reading program, Girls on the Run and Friends of Trees. Kris also enjoys spending time with family, hiking, skiing, running, wine tasting and playing with her yellow Labrador, Bella.
