Josh grew up in the Bellevue/Seattle real estate markets with a father who was a successful real estate developer. He brings a background in both construction and personal real estate investing, and owns multiple investment properties. Over the years he has lived in Colorado, Florida and Bend, Oregon before moving permanently to the Oregon Coast. Josh’s motto is, “Life is too short to not live in amazing places.” Out on the Oregon Coast he has focused on building relationships with this special community, learning all the ins and outs of each unique market, and identifying areas with ongoing development potential and working with local builders. He approaches all real estate transactions from an investment perspective, and depending on the goals of his clients, always works towards maximizing their return. Integrity and hard work are what he attributes to his success, followed by an intense passion for all things real estate and a genuine desire to help people achieve their dreams.
