William was born and raised in the Berkshires and knows the area intimately. He worked for his family businesses for many years, one of them being real estate development and management. This experience is where he got his taste and enthusiasm for Real Estate.
William moved to Palm Beach Florida in the 90’s and lived there for just over 10 years. While in Florida he managed a scuba diving store while simultaneously running his dive boat. He dove commercially spearing fish and catching lobsters and selling them to all the local restaurants.
After 11 years in Florida he moved back to his native Berkshires to be closer to his family and to pursue his passion for Real Estate. He worked successfully with a local firm for 2 years. Early in 2022 William joined William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty. As an established agent with great relationships, he has often turned client relationships into lifelong friendships with all of his clients. Based upon his lifelong knowledge of the Berkshires, and his numerous local contacts in all areas of the real estate industry, William has quickly become a very successful member of the team.
William prides himself on being available 24/7 and assisting his clients every step of the way even through some of the toughest challenges. His attention to detail, combined with his real estate knowledge, benefits his clients in all aspects of the sale as his clients continue to appreciate and praise how he goes the extra mile for them. Long after the sale William continually assists his clients with anything he can.
William is an avid outdoor enthusiast who has traveled the country backpacking in the Grand Canyon, on the Appalachian Trail and the Adirondacks. He loves visiting friends in Florida when time permits and scuba diving, and kayaking. When William isn't working you will find him riding his motorcycle, and seeking out all the greatest eateries being a self-proclaimed foodie, or spending time with family and friends.
