I am originally from the Tri-Cities and have always considered it home. After graduating from Kamiakin High School, I attended and graduated from, the Washington School of Fine Arts in Washington DC. I used my passion for the arts to own and operate a custom portrait studio: Christin Kolzig Photography (A Portrait Boutique) with previous locations in Tampa Florida and Richland. I also have a passion for interior design and real estate. In the 1990’s I started my real estate career in Arizona. From there I had the opportunity to move around the country buying and selling homes every couple of years. This opportunity to travel has kept me up to date with different markets and accelerated my real estate passion. I am now fulfilling my dream of coming back to the industry in my hometown.
I live in Kennewick with my 21-year-old son, two daughters 19 and 18, and my husband Olie, who I met in high school. I am passionate about our community and believe in giving back. As the co-founder of the Carson Kolzig Foundation, I’ve had the pleasure of working with incredible members of our community. The Carson Kolzig Foundation promotes autism awareness and services in our area for families affected by autism. We are so grateful to have seen the Responding to Autism Center come to fruition with the support of the incredible community in Tri-Cities. Having a son with autism created a deep passion to help other families struggling to find the resources and support after an autism diagnosis.

Our company began in October of 1992. Over the years we have grown and evolved yet the heart of our company and our core values remain the same. Our original owner still believes that our company is like a family; in which each member plays a vital role in the overall success. Our philosophy is to select the right agents, train them with innovative marketing tools, and create a company culture in which open communication and collaboration is not only valued, but appreciated. In the fall of 2016, we made a purposeful decision to move forwarded with a brand whose belief in integrity, professionalism and philosophies matched ours in many ways. Sotheby's International Real Estate is the perfect match. This decision has enhanced our ability to serve and care for our clients and community. Our choice to be branded with the best will bring more success to our clients, agents, and the community. We will continue to dedicate ourselves to exceeding the client's expectations and offering a promise to better the communities in which we thrive.
