With over 25 years of experience in real estate, I’ve built a career grounded in performance, trust, and deep regional knowledge across Central and Western Massachusetts and Southern Vermont. I currently serve as the Owner and Broker of Houseworks Realty, LLC and a Broker Associate at Four Seasons Sotheby’s International Realty, where I help clients buy, sell, and invest with confidence. My real estate journey includes many successful years with both RE/MAX, where I earned the Executive Club award, and ERA, where I received multiple honors from the Greater Boston Broker Council for exceptional performance. These achievements reflect a consistent commitment to excellence, client service, and results-driven work. I bring hands-on expertise in managing over 20 rental units, overseeing property renovations and flips, and, earlier in my career, operating two modular home dealerships. My experience spans first-time home purchases, complex land development, selling vacation property, commercial development, and cash-flow investments, as well as subdivision work. One of the highlights of my career was collaborating with Mass Audubon and local stakeholders to preserve the 325-acre Sibley/Warner Farm in Central Massachusetts, a landmark conservation project that has had lasting community impact. I’m also a strong advocate for staying current with the latest real estate technology. My business partner, Cindy—who also happens to be my wife—is an experienced Realtor with 25 years in the industry. Together, we form a dedicated, highly collaborative team with nearly 50 years of combined experience. We constantly bounce ideas off one another and support each other in every transaction, ensuring our clients receive well-rounded insight, sharp strategy, and seamless service from start to finish. In addition to my brokerage work, I’m an active member of the Southern Worcester County Landlord Association, where I stay engaged with legislative updates, property management best practices, and local rental market trends, strengthening my ability to serve fellow landlords and real estate investors. My commitment to community runs deep. I am a current member of the Deerfield Valley Housing Committee in Vermont, where I work on initiatives to support local housing needs. I’ve also served as Vice President of the BNI (Business Network International) chapter in Holden, MA, building valuable connections in the business community. After spending decades visiting Vermont to hike, snowboard, and enjoy the outdoors, I decided to call it home. That love for nature still fuels my daily life. I’m also the proud owner of The Black Hole Lodge, a fishing destination in Pulaski, NY, where I spend time with family, fish for salmon, and enjoy the serenity of the water. When I’m not working, you’ll find me hiking, kayaking, snowboarding, or playing volleyball, either at league nights at the Quarter Keg Pub or at pickup games at the Sitzmark. I live with Cindy and our four-year-old yellow Lab, Colby, who loves hiking the Vermont trails and chasing balls along the shores of Harriman Reservoir.
