When he's not working with customers, Chip can likely be found on a tennis court or at the beach with his wife and their four children. Chip and his wife, who has eight siblings adopted from all over the world, sit on the board of AdoptTogether, a nonprofit organization founded by her family to assist others looking to adopt.
