Brandi's journey into real estate began with a tiny house obsession that quickly grew into a full-fledged passion for helping others find their perfect home. After earning her BPS in Business Management with a specialization in Equine Business from Cazenovia College, she obtained her VT real estate license in March 2019, starting at a small firm in St. Albans before joining the team at Four Seasons Sotheby's International Realty in 2022. Brandi obtained dual licensure in both NY and VT in 2024 to better serve both buyers and sellers in the Lake Champlain region, expanding her reach, network and connections.
A Franklin County, VT native, Brandi is currently building her own energy-efficient homestead and barn for her two equine best friends, Cinnamon Girl and Skye. She shares her journey on Facebook and Instagram, inviting others to follow along. Sustainable living has always been a priority for Brandi, influencing both her personal choices and her approach to real estate. She believes that energy-efficient homes are not just a smart financial investment but a crucial step toward protecting our planet and creating a more sustainable future.
