Born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, to a family with more than 500 years of history in that city as well as a sterling reputation as long-standing real estate developers, Ana BN Wassittsch launched her own real estate career in Nassau in 2015 after 15 years of working in the private banking sector. As a Bahamian resident for more than 25 years, Ana is well-versed in the intricacies of relocating and investing in The Bahamas. Her exposure to a vast array of cultures over the years, both through her extensive travels as well as her work with high-net-worth clients from around the globe has offered her significant insight into the importance of cultural preferences and perspectives when it comes to buying, selling and investing in real estate. Ana is a firm believer in continued education and is often seeking new accreditations and affiliations to ensure her knowledge and best practices are up to date. Additionally, Ana’s gift for professional photography and her affinity for marketing and advertising add a keen eye and a personal creative touch to the marketing of her client’s homes. A true citizen of the world, Ana is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish, studied French in school and is always looking forward to learning her next new language. An ocean enthusiast who has spent many years involved with junior sailing in Nassau, Ana spends her free time either boating, fishing, sailing or traveling with her family and friends. Her favorite destinations are older cities, where she enjoys exploring the history, food and culture of the area and hearing firsthand accounts about memories, experiences and local knowledge from people she meets along the way. Ana’s passions include cooking and running and she never misses the opportunity to go to a museum in every town she visits. Affiliations and Credentials: Ana is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), an International REALTOR® member (IRM) of the American National Association of Realtors (NAR), a licensed Salesperson with the Bahamas Real Estate Association (BREA) with a Bahamas Realtors Institute (BRI) designation.
