I don’t write long listing agreements because I don’t take a listing to have it sit on the market, I take it to get you what you want, and that is to get you on to your next home with as much money in your pocket as possible. You getting what you want, you winning, this is what I do and what I guarantee.” Marcus brings creative nuance to the process of selling homes and enjoys taking homes that previously sat on the market for months, getting them sold quickly and for more money. “Getting buyers excited about your home ‘before’ they ever step foot in the door is paramount in getting you top-dollar in the shortest amount of time. We don’t list your home; we showcase your home.” When his focus is not on buying and selling real estate, Marcus spends his free time painting (his second career) and traveling with his wife and business partner Colette. One of his greatest joys in life is watching his two grandsons play baseball.
