Originally from the Philippines, where she earned a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration degree majoring in Accounting. Mary Ann moved to New York City from Singapore in 2000. She lived in the city until 2008, when she moved with her husband and three children to Westport, CT. Leaving accounting behind to pursue her passion for great cuisine. Mary Ann obtained a Grande Diploma in Culinary Arts at the French Culinary Institute. After, she worked in well-known Manhattan restaurants before opening her own catering business, Ann’s Kitchen, in Westport in 2014. Mary Ann’s business flourished—her success was based on listening to her customers and presenting them with delicious dishes to enjoy. Mary Ann has always been very interested in real estate. She has a profound belief in the importance of real estate as a part of one’s financial planning and long-term security. She knows Fairfield County intimately, having gotten to know it well while meeting Ann’s Kitchen’s customers at their homes. She has a good understanding of neighborhoods and home values. Mary Ann’s deep interest in real estate naturally translated into her helping friends find the perfect place when they were looking for a new home.
