Ashley has been a REALTOR® since 1993 and as a Baltimore area real estate professional, she has also found that providing the very best service is essentially about ‘putting clients first'. This means being accessible seven days a week, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. This “client first” philosophy has always been her approach and it requires Ashley to continually improve her skills and ways of doing business. In addition, using the latest technologies enables her to do everything she always did, only much more quickly and efficiently. It has helped extend the range of services provided to her clients. Ashley has consistently been an award-winning practitioner in residential real estate. Even with an abundance of transactions totaling in excess of $30 million a year, Ashley strives to make each client feel like they are her only client. Because of her dedication to her craft, she has earned the distinction of Lifetime Member of the Masters Club. Ashley is often quoted in the nationally syndicated publication Smart Moves and is a favorite of WBAL TV for any real estate-related news interviews. Ashley's dedication extends to her professional and local community as well. She has served as an officer on the board of the Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS® (GBBR) and she currently serves on the REALTOR® Political Action Committee and on the GBBR Charitable Foundation Board of Trustees. She is also the Treasurer of the GBBR RPAC Board of Trustees. Ashley has been recognized by her peers as the 2020 GBBR Community Service Award recipient, GBBR REALTOR® of the Year 2018 and GBBR Distinguished Sales Associate of the Year 2014, awarded by the Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS®. Ashley has also been the past Treasurer and Vice President of the Real Estate Million Dollar Association, Ltd., and the past President of the Baltimore Chapter of the Women's Council of REALTORS®, a National REALTOR® organization. Professional designations include CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute) and ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) along with the national, state, and local designation of REALTOR®. Ashley has also graduated from the GBBR Leadership Academy's inaugural class. Growing up in Stoneleigh has given Ashley an affinity for her former neighborhood. She continues as an event sponsor of the Stoneleigh Community Association and the local Marines ‘Toys for Tots' campaign coordinator for the past 16 years. Ashley is currently the president of the Dulaney Forest Community Association and is the Treasurer of the Greater Timonium Community Council. Ashley is a graduate of Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA with B.A. degrees in American Studies and English. Locally she attended Stoneleigh Elementary, Dumbarton Middle (then called Dumbarton Junior High), and Towson High School.
