Ashley Fitz has always been laser-focused, believing if she could dream it, she could be it. She was just 11 years old when she informed her parents of her plan to leave their small hometown in Western Kentucky to attend Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. To no one’s surprise, Ashley made good on her bold prediction, graduating from Vanderbilt in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in communication studies and business administration. She began her career in commercial banking and obtained her real estate license on the side. She then spent 15 years devoted to her family’s engineering and materials handling business where she led administration efforts to streamline business operations. In the 20+ years Ashley has called the Nashville area home, she has lived in many different neighborhoods, investing in and renovating homes along the way and laying the foundation for what would eventually lead her to pursuing a career in real estate full-time. For Ashley, helping clients secure their personal sanctuary in Middle Tennessee is all about listening and relationship building, truly understanding a client’s needs, their timeline, their budget, and how they want to fold into a new neighborhood. Whether a client is buying a townhome or a custom-built luxury home, Ashley devotes herself to ensuring they feel like part of the Zeitlin Sotheby’s International Realty family. As for her own family, Ashley and her husband, Mike, live in Brentwood, TN, and are parents to three sports-loving boys who play hockey, baseball, basketball and football while cheering on the Predators and the Titans. The Fitz family loves to explore all Nashville has to offer, from hidden fishing spots to hiking trails to sports, music and great food. Ashley attends Brentwood United Methodist Church, and she serves as President-Elect on the Executive Board for Davis House Child Advocacy Center in Franklin, TN, chairing numerous successful events to raise funds and awareness for the organization over the years.
