While growing up in Central Kentucky, Bradford developed a passion for architecture and design. He spent many hours drafting amateur blueprints for homes, offices, churches, and schools—any building his young mind could dream. He accompanied his grandmother on countless home tours and drives around local neighborhoods admiring the houses. Thus, Bradford’s interest in real estate evolved naturally. As a student at the University of Kentucky, Bradford began a decade career in communications and marketing. After transitioning to real estate, he quickly rose to be a top-producing agent in the Lexington, Kentucky market with expertise in residential, luxury and farm properties. Bradford, a native of Mt. Sterling, lives in Lexington. He enjoys trying new restaurants (and making dining suggestions), reading history and biographies, and traveling. Bradford and his wife, Megan, are the proud parents of a baby boy, Wells.
