A lifelong resident of Rhode Island, Kimberly Ide and her family have been coming down to Sarasota for 25 years. She and her husband have owned and renovated several investment properties in Sarasota County over the years, enabling Kim to spend quality time on the west coast and get to know the region's many different communities. She has been a resident of downtown Sarasota since 2019.
Kim believes that education and honesty between a customer and a real estate advisor is the key to a successful transaction. With her knowledge of the housing market in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and the greater Sarasota area, she is able to work with both buyers and sellers to help them reach their real estate goals. Whether it be the house of their dreams, a vacation home, or an investment property, Kim is dedicated to finding the best match for each customer.
After beginning her real estate career in Rhode Island over a decade ago, Kim has expanded her business to service customers in Longboat Key, Lido Key, Siesta Key, Lakewood Ranch, and Venice, among many other towns, as a sales associate with the Downtown Sarasota office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty. Kim truly takes the time to get to know her customers, which allows for a better working relationship. She is a firm believer in working with you to work for you.
A seasoned real estate veteran licensed in both Rhode Island and Florida, Kim has many contacts throughout the country and will happily connect you with another associate who will “work” for you. She is a member of the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee, the Greater Providence Board of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.
Kim and her husband, Nate, split their time between their homes in Sarasota and Barrington, Rhode Island. She is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in communication studies. In addition to her passion for real estate, Kim enjoys home design and decorating. When she's not working with customers, she loves spending time with her three grown sons, golfing, sailing, paddleboarding, and walking around Sarasota with her chocolate Lab, Gus.
