With a family background in construction, development, property management, and real estate sales, Lexi was immersed in the industry from an early age. It was only natural that she would follow in those footsteps, bringing a lifetime of knowledge and a genuine passion for the business to her own career.
Lexi is known for her professionalism, market expertise, and dedication to providing exceptional service at every price point. Her clients value her thoughtful guidance, strong negotiation skills, and commitment to delivering top-tier marketing and results-whether buying or selling a luxury waterfront home, new construction property, investment opportunity, or a large tract of land for development. She brings extensive knowledge in construction and development, having worked on everything from individual home lots to multi-lot subdivisions and full-scale residential communities.
In addition to guiding clients, Lexi is actively involved in building her own portfolio of income-producing properties in the Lakes Region. This hands-on experience gives her a unique perspective when working with investors, offering a level of insight that comes from being deeply invested in the market herself. Lexi is also deeply engaged in her community. She serves as an executive member and PR Chair of the Meredith Rotary Club and is proud to be apart of the club, contributing to meaningful initiatives that support the region she loves.
When she's not working, you'll likely find Lexi on the go with her two dogs-Zoey, a German Shepherd, and Kimber, a Golden Retriever-or at home with her cat, Oliver (who, of course, answers to "Kitty Man").
