A native of Hudson County, David began his career in residential sales before transitioning into real estate development in 2000. Over the years, he has led numerous projects, including the rehabilitation of historic and landmark multi-family properties, helping to restore and enhance some of the area's most iconic housing stock.
In addition to his work in real estate, David proudly served with the Jersey City Fire Department—a role that deepened his commitment to the community and gave him a unique perspective on public service and teamwork.
