Throughout Russ’ career, he has focused on working in areas that allowed him to help others achieve their goals and desires. As an owner of an international marketing agency, he helped clients increase their market share and grow their companies. When Russ owned a yacht brokerage, he helped sellers and buyers achieve the results they desired when selling or purchasing yachts. And while he owned a travel agency, Russ was able to help travelers create wonderful vacations that generated everlasting memories. And now Russ is placing his passion for helping others in aiding Maui residents to sell or find their Maui home.
Prior to moving to Maui, Russ and his wife flew from San Diego to Maui every Christmas day for ten years, pledging to each other that they would make their Maui dream come true someday. And they have. They have embraced the aloha spirt of having gratitude for every day. They have immersed themselves into the Maui culture.
Russ is acknowledged by others as being friendly, trustworthy, responsible, and having a good sense of humor. He considers himself to be thoughtful and diligent when working with others. Listening is a key skill of Russ’. It has served him well as he has paid close attention to his clients, understanding their goals and needs and then guiding them.
Russ received his degree of Psychology from University of Nebraska Omaha. He served in the United States Navy. And he is a Staff Commodore of Southwestern Yacht Club in San Diego and now belongs to Lahaina Yacht Club.
