During her 19 years real estate career, Jihane has transacted between Montreal, Dubai and Bali. Starting in Montreal in 2005 she then moved to Dubai for a decade in 2007 adding to her curriculum a decade of expertise in international online media in the real estate industry all while connecting HNWI to the best opportunities around the globe. She also trained and mentored most real estate agents in Dubai from 2009 to 2013. Her trainings consisted mainly in listing and selling real estate effectively, to assure maximum value, through the psychology behind it.
From Palazzo Versace Residences Dubai's first-ever online marketing campaign to high-end Canadian luxury houses and chalets to boutique hotels in Bali, are some of the best real estate deals Jihane has completed throughout her career.
The connections built throughout the years and the thousands of successful transactions make Jihane the go-to person when it comes to real estate advisory and selling.
Having achieved her goals quiet rapidly in her hometown of Montreal, Jihane moved to Dubai in 2007 with the objective to learning the multiples aspects of luxury and off-plan real estate, as well as taking her career to a whole new level.
Eager to learn and succeed, she completed her first Dubai transaction, a condo in the Shoreline in Palm Jumeirah, within the first 3 weeks of arriving in the city, followed by many success stories.
In 2012 in Dubai, Jihane founded CasaYou and partnered with Luxury SQFT, an online media and publishing company focused on connecting HNWIs in the international luxury real estate markets such as Sydney, Hong . Kong, Cape Town, Munich, London, New York to transact together.
Back in Montreal since 2019, Jihane succeeded in implementing her knowledge acquired abroad, to the Montreal real estate market and completed hundreds of successful transactions since.
