A native of Richmond, Jill grew up in the Westhampton area of Richmond, VA near the Country Club of Virginia and the University of Richmond campus. She attended Saint Catherine’s School and then earned a degree in English Literature at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA. Upon graduation, Jill returned to Richmond and began her career at The Martin Agency, a world-renowned advertising agency. She was instrumental in implementing print and broadcast campaigns as well as web site development for brands such as Sprint, Marriott and Finlandia Vodka. Jill stepped down from her marketing career and its extensive travel schedule to raise her two daughters, Olivia and Susanna, but her work hiatus was only a brief two years. She soon found that her marketing, communication and interpersonal skills were easily applicable to a successful career in real estate sales and she has consistently earned the accolades of a top producer during her 20-year career. Whether showing off the charms of Richmond to relocating buyers, helping a client navigate a first-time home purchase or shepherding a seasoned homeowner through the listing process, her greatest joy has been in the relationships formed with clients who have bought and sold homes in Richmond and the surrounding counties. As an empty nester, Jill has enjoyed visiting her daughters at The University of Georgia and at UVA in Charlottesville, Virginia. She is looking forward to future visits to New York City and Atlanta, Georgia where they will be launching their careers. Jill currently resides in the beautiful Historic Fan District with her husband, Mike, and their two Labrador Retrievers, Moses and Zeke. In her free time, Jill enjoys walking her dogs along the James River trails, traveling, hiking, golf, and discovering new restaurants.
