Francine began her real estate sales career with Sotheby’s International Realty in new development as sales manager for the luxury residences at Mill District Healdsburg. She played a significant role in the success of the initial sales launch and continues to be a designated “preferred agent” with the project.
Further success in real estate development is evidenced by record-breaking sales from signature projects designed and built by Francine and her contractor husband, through their Healdsburg-based company, Live Better.
Previous business experience includes a powerful career in communications and business strategy with leading companies such as J. Walter Thompson (advertising) and Electronic Arts (video games). She directed marketing across 12 countries for a luxury hotel service provider. Her entrepreneurial nature inspired her to launch The Far Company, a high-end furniture design/import showroom for top Bay Area interior designers and retailers.
As published author and personal coach, Francine is also recognized for her depth of expertise in the principles of creating success for others. Her book, ThinkBetter.LiveBetter. is published by SheWrites Press (Berkeley, CA). Random House Publishing (NY, NY) commissioned Francine to edit Napoleon Hills lectures into the book, Your Right To Be Rich . Today, individuals and corporate clients employ Francine’s private consultation, workshops and public speaking about better ways of thriving.
