During the 2008 recession, Suzanne moved from Re/Max Real Estate Consultants to Keller Williams Realty in Rancho Mirage, and quickly made a name for herself as a Realtor who could educate investors on local and national economic trends, capitalizing on short-sales and foreclosures. After fourteen years with Keller Williams Realty, Suzanne was privileged to join Desert Sotheby’s International Realty in October of 2022. A refugee of one-too-many Minnesota winters, Suzanne began her first career in sunny Los Angeles in the motion picture industry as Executive Assistant to Peter Hoffman, the President/CEO of the country’s largest independent motion picture studio, Carolco Pictures, where she worked daily with Hollywood’s elite as well as with international motion picture financiers; her Hollywood credentials also included such names as Daniel Melnick, former head of production for MGM and Columbia Studios, and famed talk-show host Morton Downey Junior. Suzanne lives happily in Palm Desert, California, where she enjoys such pastimes as interior design, reading, researching, stand-up comedy, and sharing hugs, laughs, and love with her two children, Spencer and Olivia.
