Born in Lima, Peru, Freddy’s family came to the United States seeking the American dream when he was 3 years old. After completing high school in Southern California, he moved to Las Vegas to work in a new family business. Two years later he joined the US Coast Guard and spent 4 years at various commands throughout the United States. Moving back to Las Vegas after being honorably discharged, he returned to his previous employment as the administrator of a large medical group, with more than 150 employees. In 2014, he made the decision to follow his dream and leave the corporate world for his passion of real estate. After a few years learning the sales side of Real Estate, he decided to open a brokerage that is modeled after his sales advisor philosophy, focusing on client education, rather than just trying to make a sale. In November of 2016, he created The Collective Real Estate Advisors. After more than 6 years and hundreds of clients serviced, Freddy made the decision to partner with Las Vegas Sotheby's International Realty. Freddy specializes in multi-family, commercial, residential and high-rise transactions. Freddy looks forward to helping you achieve the American dream of homeownership. He is prepared to walk you through the entire process and is available to answer all of your questions. He creates lifetime relationships through his business and looks forward to welcoming you to his family of happy home owners.
