Julie’s savvy is rooted in her global contacts, local expertise, and intuitive instincts to help clients meet their real estate goals. Her eye for quality and design guides clients to maximize potential. All transactions are strategized and executed to optimize appropriate pricing, effective marketing, and successful negotiations.

Prior to her Real Estate career, Julie lived in New York City for 10 years where she graduated from Parsons School of Design. In New York, Julie developed her business leadership in finance and built an award-winning insurance sales team. Returning to her roots in Salt Lake City, Julie earned her Executive MBA from The University of Utah and has been managing successful Litigation and IT Consulting Firms at the executive level.

Julie has been active in numerous charities including volunteering as an advocate for children through the Utah Court Appointed Special Advocates program and raising money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

When not exploring properties with clients, she can be found training for her next Iron Man, skiing the mountains of Little Cottonwood Canyon, or photographing the world with her husband and 4-year-old son.
