Bob Funabashi started his career in 2007 with another real estate company. In 2021 he began his search for a new luxury brokerage. Bob is now in his 18th year in real estate and his 4th year with Prominent Properties Sotheby's International Realty. Bob has been awarded the NJAR Circle of Excellence multiple times putting him in the top percent of all realtors in the NJMLS. In addition to his Circle of Excellence awards Bob was awarded Greater Bergen Realtors "Realtor of the Year" for 2023. Bob attributes his success in real estate with a favorite quote: "The quality of a person's work is in direct proportion to their commitment of excellence." Bob's philosophy is not just to sell a home to his clients but rather to educate them about the process. When working with buyers you will often hear Bob say..."Let that home go to someone else; together we will find you a better one." Bob is skilled at analyzing market trends and prices and regardless of whether he's working with the Seller or the Buyer, he works together to find the right price for his clients.
