Barb’s interest in real estate was first peaked by her mom Max who was a top producing Broker in Lamorinda while Barb was growing up. Her former 22 year career as a lawyer in the fields of construction defect and asbestos litigation provides Barb extensive knowledge of the building and construction trades. This construction knowledge is a great advantage when it comes to helping her Sellers with remodeling a home in preparation for market or when advising her Buyers on a home’s potential for future upgrades and appreciation. Barb has been active in the Lamorinda community for many years where she volunteered in classrooms and was a former member or volunteer of Orinda Jrs., NCL, OIS Kennel Club, Miramonte Parents Club and Boosters and various animal rescue and foster organizations. She is a current member of the Orinda Association Board and active with Seniors Around Town. Barb and her husband reside in Orinda where she grew up and attended public school. They have 2 daughters who are currently away at university. When she gets free time, Barb loves to trail run, hike, garden, ski, ride horses and spend time with friends and family. ( Nadine brings over 30 years of experience in marketing, event planning & design. Her experience, coupled with her passion for design and staging, make her a valuable asset to the team. Nadine has amazing organization skills, optimism, creativity and sense of humor. She is a California native and attended Orinda’s public schools. Nadine raised three children in Moraga and currently lives in Moraga Country Club. When she’s not busy coordinating our marketing or preparing one of our listings, she can be found on one of our area’s beautiful hiking trails, practicing yoga, or spending time with family and friends. Nadine supports a range of non-profit organizations including The Alzheimer’s Association, Autism Speaks & The American Cancer Society. She is a key resource for families with children on the Autistic Spectrum.
