Born and raised in Columbus, Georgia, Sonny always had a passion for real estate. He enjoys the way history combines with design and architecture, particularly in Metro Atlanta. Thoroughly familiar with the nuances of Atlanta’s Intown market, Sonny’s history of involvement with neighborhood affairs distinguishes him as exceptionally qualified to provide clients with the most informed recommendations regarding everything from zoning and layout to historic and building requirements. As a resident of Morningside, He formerly served on the Morningside-Lenox Park Neighborhood Association Board, the Morningside-Lenox Park Zoning Committee and the Morningside-Lenox Park Master Planning Committee. Known for providing a high level of service and gifted at building relationships, Sonny enjoys a high percentage of referral and repeat business. Many of his clients become long-lasting friends. Sonny loves the Morningside area for its parks, central location relative to Buckhead, Midtown and other areas of Atlanta and its walkability. In addition to his Morningside home, where he resides with his mini-Schnauzer, Bruiser, he also has a house in Blue Ridge, Georgia. When he’s not working with clients, he enjoys taking his boat out on Lake Blue Ridge, visiting Cape Cod, collecting art and indulging his passion for interior design.
