A native of Northern California, Kendra Parker Tate was born and raised in the southern San Francisco Bay Area. She lived, attended school, and worked in San Jose, Campbell, Saratoga and Los Gatos areas before relocating to the Greater Sacramento region. She currently resides in El Dorado Hills and is in the process of building her new home in Serrano. Kendra especially enjoys and specializes in working with re-location clients because she understands the joy, emotions, and challenges of moving to a new area. Having bought, sold and built her own homes in the Bay Area and Greater Sacramento region, Kendra is acutely aware of the needs and concerns which confront those who are relocating, building, or investing in real estate. She guides clients based on her professional knowledge, personal experience, honesty, creativity and undivided attention to advise them through each step of the transaction.
