Joanne is a native of Philadelphia and a graduate of Temple University. She began her business career as the co-owner of a successful, high-fashion boutique in Center City Philadelphia. She then moved to Manhattan, and with her husband, she designed and manufactured leather and suede women’s fashion supplying the most exclusive stores in the country..
Joanne still has ties to New York through her children. Gabriella and her husband Mitch and their son Holden live in Brooklyn; and Melissa, her husband Adam and their children Tao and Sasha live in Harlem.
Joanne’s passions are travel fine dining, great wine and art.
