Born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, David developed a passion for real estate early on while watching his father work as a custom home builder. He was fascinated by the process of turning blueprints into dream homes and soon realized he wanted to help others do the same—from the other side of the transaction. After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Mississippi, David began his real estate career in Oxford, Mississippi. There, he sold homes and managed a portfolio of student housing investment properties. Now living in Crestline with his wife Taylor, their two children, John David and Helen, and their dog Charlie, David brings both local insight and genuine enthusiasm to every client interaction. Having grown up in Mountain Brook and spent his life exploring Birmingham, David has a deep knowledge of the area and loves sharing what makes each neighborhood unique. He works with a wide range of clients across Alabama and Mississippi—from first-time buyers to seasoned investors—and is committed to making every real estate experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
