Courage Criddle is a native Texan who loves the water, so it’s only fitting that his real estate specialty is waterfront property around and throughout the Highland and Guadalupe Lakes. Whether working with buyers or sellers, Courage approaches every new opportunity with a people-first philosophy, leading with friendly, ethical, and efficient service. He is as adept at handling multiple offer situations for buyers as he is at getting top dollar for his sellers. No matter the challenge, Courage goes above and beyond to produce win-win results.
Born and raised in Canyon Lake, TX, Courage knew growing up that he wanted to work with people. While attending Texas State University and after graduating, he sold Malibu Boats. He credits the experience with helping him get to know every inch of lakefront property in Central Texas. The role also allowed him to hone exceptional communication and relationship-building skills working for a company he fondly recalls valued connection over sales. Today, Courage draws on all of those lessons to help turn real estate dreams into reality for his families.
When he’s not working on the waterfront, Courage spends his free time playing on it! He was a competitive wakeboarder for ten years and continues to wakeboard, wake surf, ocean surf, swim, and participate in nearly every watersport. He even serves as an announcer for many national and global watersports tournaments. Courage and his wife enjoy life on the lake together, as well as hiking, biking, and staying active in their local church. The couple shares their home with their miniature goldendoodle, Mozzie (named after Mozart’s Coffee on Lake Austin).
