Travis Hale began his real estate career in 2003 working for the Del Webb Corporation. He later represented local developers in the San Francisco market. During this time, he forged strong relationships with these individuals and companies, becoming extremely knowledgeable about San Francisco properties. He can speak with authority about the benefits and the challenges of each property on the market.
Travis was born and raised in Rochester, Minnesota. He moved to the Bay Area in 1986 with his family and attended Holy Names University, where he majored in business and communications. Before real estate, Travis worked for IBM in marketing, where he perfected many of the negotiation skills he employs today. In addition to his tenure at IBM, he held management positions with other financial and technology firms including Bankers Trust.
Travis’ primary goal is to provide excellent service. He achieves this by listening carefully to his clients to identify their goals and needs, whether it’s a seller downsizing from a large property or a buyer looking to purchase a first home. His sincerity, education, and background in marketing at both financial and technology firms have given him a keen ability to focus on each client’s vision of their ideal property, and to thoughtfully counsel them on how to find it.
With an understanding that people don’t move without a compelling reason, Travis provides guidance, a friendly ear, and exceptional – often extraordinary – service, which have made him a consistent top producer over the years. He’s lived in many San Francisco neighborhoods, giving him a local’s in-depth familiarity with the city.
Travis has sold more than 500 properties during his career. He has forged lasting relationships with many of his clients, because he understands this is not simply a transaction – it’s a home.
