Originally from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, Krissy moved to Kirkland about 12 years ago. She also lived on Mercer Island before moving to Edmonds. Her passion is new construction, and she has worked with several builders in the area, including Mainvue, Tri Pointe Homes, and Hayden Homes. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Krissy managed 391 multi-family units and worked in residential property management, so she thoroughly understands the intricacies involved in property ownership, at all price points. Krissy joined RSIR to gain experience through collaboration, as well as experience the support of the global brand. At a point when she was ready to expand her business, joining the Robyn and Rachel Group served as a win-win. Krissy’s clients can expect white-glove service during which they are always top of mind. It is her hope that the buying and selling process will be as stress-free as possible. She believes communication is key, whether it’s through a meet-up, call, text, or email. She actively seeks out communities that match her clients’ needs, helping them envision their new lifestyle. Krissy lives in Edmonds with her darling daughters, Adriana and Lana. She loves all things outdoors and considers herself a foodie, fueling all those fresh-air adventures with amazing cuisine. She’s an active part of the Edmonds Chamber of Commerce and her daughters’ school and loves to support her community, in particular moms’ groups in the area. Those who have the pleasure of working with Krissy know she is always up for an adventure, though she admittedly has a glitz-and-glam side, too.
