Kurt was born and raised on the New Jersey shore before moving to upstate New York. In his 20’s, he relocated to Vermont to start a family, pursue a career and to enjoy an active and healthy lifestyle in Burlington, Vermont.
After graduating with a Building Construction/Architecture degree from State University New York at Delhi, he went on to further his education with a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing from SUNY Plattsburgh, NY. Soon after college, Kurt secured a position as a financial advisor in Burlington. He had the pleasure of working for two great financial services firms…A G Edwards and Sons (financial advisor); and later transitioning to Wells Fargo Advisor as a Senior Vice President-Investment and branch manager, as well as assisting clients with the management of their investment portfolios .
After a successful career advising his clients, he decided to apply his years of experience in finance, client service, and his degree in building/architecture to a career in real estate.
Kurt’s community involvement has been as a volunteer for Vermont City Marathon, board member of Lakewood Estate Home association, board member & hockey coach for Burlington Amateur Hockey Association and head coach for Burlington Youth Football team, as well as helping non-profits with their investments.
He spends his free time developing a small real estate project in Burlington, boating, water skiing and alpine skiing.

Our South Burlington, Vermont, office is located in Chittenden County, which is bordered by Lake Champlain on the west and the Green Mountains of Vermont on the East. We refer to this region as the Champlain Valley Region as it encompasses the Counties of Franklin, Chittenden and Addison Counties, all bordering Lake Champlain. The South Burlington office is the corporate headquarters of Four Seasons Sotheby's International Realty. The Commercial Division is based in our West Lebanon, New Hampshire office, the hub of the Upper Valley Region.
