Logan is a native Washingtonian who brings her extensive service, professional, and sales skills to real estate. She is licensed in Maryland, Washington D.C., and Virginia. A former 20 year resident of Spring Valley and American University park, Logan currently lives in Chevy Chase, Maryland. She joined TTR Sotheby’s International Realty in 2021 after years of real estate experience in Charlottesville, VA. Logan is skilled in negotiation and design, and has worked with a vast range of clients, from families to estate attorneys to individuals relocating to the DC area. Most notably, she handled the sale of Madeleine Albright's Georgetown home with TTR Sotheby's International Realty Managing Partner, Michael Rankin. As a third generation Washingtonian, Logan knows the area extremely well and is always eager to provide guidance. What differentiates Logan is her easy going nature and her artistic vision, allowing her to stage and imagine spaces that maximize value to buyers and sellers alike. In 2011, Logan founded an art consulting firm, Logan Collections. In addition to showing and selling her own work, she specialized in placing art in residential and commercial properties. Logan has also been involved with leadership in organizations in Washington, D.C. such as the Corcoran Women's Committee, Sitar Arts Center, Backpack Buddies, and Nourishing Bethesda. She lives with her husband and beagle mix, and has three kids. When she isn’t providing top tier service in real estate, she enjoys renovation projects and is an avid paddle tennis and pickleball player.
