Eric grew up on the shoreline in Branford, CT watching his father renovate homes and build custom furniture. At a very young age, he began to admire quality workmanship and Mid Century Modern Design. The beauty of real estate and Mid Century Modern furniture quickly became an interest of his.
Eric can navigate every aspect of the sale, from a condo,land to a multi-million dollar waterfront home on the Connecticut shoreline and everything in between. Growing up in Branford, he has an extensive understanding of the
local real estate market throughout the shoreline. His attention to detail, professionalism and commitment to his clients allows him to adapt to each client and their specific real estate needs. Eric is a loyal member of his community and has much to offer to buyers and sellers looking to purchase or sell a home.
His previous career as the founder of Design & Restoration Co, specialized in the design and build of custom furniture and the restoration of mid century modern furniture. Eric had the extraordinary opportunity to work with high end clients such as world-renowned artist Christopher Wool, Tommy Hilfiger, the United Nations, and the Beekman hotel. His knowledge of designer furniture, attention to detail, and entrepreneurship has been featured in the New York Times. Eric has blended his skills and passion for design and restoration into his work life as a Realtor.
When he has time (which is not much) Eric has competed in many road races and recently completed his first ultra-marathon,placing first in his age group. When Eric has a goal, he will strategize to get the task at hand completed with the highest standards.
