Description
Ken is passionate about assisting investors and small businesses with their real estate objectives and is known as a problem-solver who pushes transactions to the finish line. He is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry and has an extensive background in real estate finance, sales, and leasing. He holds a degree in Finance from George Mason University and an MS in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University. Ken has a passion for close harmony singing. He has sung with the award-winning men’s a cappella chorus, the Alexandria Harmonizers, for over 30 years and currently serves as their Director of Development. Additionally, he has taught yoga and meditation for over 15 years. He moved to the DC area 35 years ago after being stationed in Germany with the US Army. His next assignment was at the White House Communications Agency, where he was on the advance team for President H.W. Bush.
