For nearly 14 years, Stephanie Stetler has guided her clients through the complexities of today’s real-estate market with local expertise, an understanding of changing market conditions, and attention to detail. Skilled in the art of negotiation and with a resolve to rise to any challenge, Stephanie thrives on the partnership that stems from a successful real-estate transaction. She considers it a gift to form life-long relationships with clients and to have the opportunity to be at their side during some of life’s biggest moments.
Stephanie’s outgoing, hardworking, and helpful nature shines through in every client interaction and transaction. Understanding of the many different situations in which today’s families and individuals find themselves, she is particularly proud of her ability to work with a variety of buyers and sellers, as well as home types, whether it’s new construction, luxury homes, resales, custom homes, or land transactions. Recognizing the nuances of each of these circumstances, she views each interaction on a case-by-case basis, doing what it takes to get the job done. Her repertoire of buying and selling tools includes a large list of vendors who can get a home market-ready or help buyers move, a social media presence, brokers’ open events, open houses, email campaigns, direct mailers to the neighborhood, lifestyle videos, property websites, and more.
Becoming a part of the Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty global brand is a natural move for Stephanie, who seeks growth, lifelong learning, being a fulfilling team member, and serving as an asset to the RSIR’s amazing office culture.
Stephanie grew up in Sunnyside, Washington, and attended Seattle Pacific University. She also holds a master’s degree in teaching from Heritage University and has a managing broker’s license. She lived in California for a year to coach college basketball, then returned to Washington and has been here ever since.
Stephanie currently lives in Bellevue with her two children, Sadie and Tiger, and a dog named Sawyer. She spends her free time traveling and spending time with family to create memories, staying active through sports, including playing on a co-ed soccer team, and volunteering at her kids’ school and soccer club.

In celebration of 10 years serving communities throughout the Puget Sound, Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) proudly introduced its sixth regional branch office in downtown Bellevue in December of 2019. Much more than a traditional office, the Bellevue branch is a new concept in real estate—an office that acts in concert with a premier retail and restaurant venue on Old Main Street.
A talented and experienced team of Global Real Estate Advisors began working out of the Bellevue office in January of 2020, opening doors to Bellevue clients around the corner as well as around the globe. Set to debut in Spring 2020 is B-Bar, a daytime café and evening cocktail and full dining experience, operated by Joe Vilardi of the famed Bis on Main next door. Once completed, clients and community alike with be greeted by the one-of-a-kind experience, which also includes co-working spaces and beautiful, private state-of-the-art meeting rooms.
