Jenni Duncan – Real Estate Professional & Community Leader
Born in Pennsylvania and raised in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, Jenni Duncan grew up immersed in real estate. Her parents owned a brokerage and appraisal business before transitioning into large-scale residential development and custom home building. After graduating from Steamboat Springs High School in 2001, she attended Belmont University before co-founding Cafe Evoke in 2005. Under her leadership, the café became a thriving business and staple in the Edmond community, selling to the current owners in 2019. Having lived in diverse places—from the mountains of Colorado to the heart of Tennessee—Jenni brings a unique perspective to real estate, helping clients find not just a house, but a lifestyle that fits their needs.
A licensed Realtor since 2014, Jenni has dedicated her career to guiding clients through every step of the buying and selling process with expertise, care, and a deep understanding of the market. Her lifetime of exposure to real estate, combined with her own experience as a homeowner, business owner, and investor, allows her to see each transaction from every angle. In addition to working directly with clients, Jenni has held leadership roles as CFO at Keller Williams Central Oklahoma and Managing Broker and Agent Development Director at Engel & Völkers Oklahoma City. These experiences have deepened her industry knowledge, strengthened her relationships with peers, and provided her with opportunities to speak on panels and teach classes. Her ability to educate and mentor others in real estate gives her clients a distinct advantage, ensuring they receive expert guidance tailored to their unique goals.
Jenni is an active community leader, serving on the Board for Housing and Community Resources for the City of Edmond , a position appointed by the Edmond City Council, and as a Board Member & Treasurer for Central Oklahoma Youth Lacrosse Club . She previously served on the Edmond Board of Realtors PR Committee and was a past nominee for Most Cooperative Realtor , an honor awarded by her peers. In 2024, she was recognized as a Top 500 Real Producers Oklahoma City award winner , highlighting her impact and excellence in the industry.
Outside of her professional life, Jenni loves exploring new places with her three sons, traveling, hiking, and skiing. She is passionate about building meaningful connections, embracing new experiences, and helping others achieve their goals—both in real estate and beyond.
