With a degree in Social Work and over 18 years of real estate experience, Alicia has a wealth of experience working alongside major land developers and new construction homebuilders. She has worked on construction sites, as well as in building custom homes. Following her experience with new construction, Alicia decided to continue her love for real estate by becoming a licensed REALTOR ® in 2021, and in just a short period of time, she became Rookie of the Year (2021), #3 Top Producer for Transactions (2022) and ranked among the Top 20 for Commissions (2022).
Alicia has always been work-driven. She is always up for a challenge and insists on learning something new everyday. She brings cheer, fun and passion to every task she takes on. She is not one to take ‘no’ for an answer. Alicia is committed to finding the right home for her clients and will work endlessly to ensure they leave with a smile on their face.
Ambitious and with a desire to serve from a very young age, Alicia has always been part of many different organizations and supported different causes. From climate change to rallying against poverty in impoverished neighborhoods, Alicia enjoys working with different committees, whether at work or outside of work, to help build a stronger community for those around her.
In her personal time, Alicia loves to travel, hike, and take long drives across Ontario with her younger sister. The outdoors is her happy place. She enjoys meeting new people and learning about new cultures.
