Born and raised in Buckhead, MJ attended The Lovett School before pursuing her degree at Princeton. The South beckoned her home after college, and she returned to Georgia, where she put her literary talents to work chronicling her family’s history with The Coca-Cola Company into a memoir (a firsthand account of Coca-Cola’s evolution into an international brand told from her grandfather’s perspective), becoming a published author in her 20s. In addition, she obtained her real estate license and began her career in Atlanta before deciding to make Lake Burton, her home away from home since birth, her primary residence. Innovative, approachable and level-headed, MJ’s personality effortlessly blends creativity with a detailed, organized manner. She excels in staging and photography and caters her service to suit her clients’ unique needs and natures. Whether they are first-time homebuyers or busy CEOs, MJ believes in building long-term relationships and knows how to make every client feel valued and cared for throughout the process.
