Getting involved in practical ways is what Lynsey Hackett does. Her years of experience in multiple aspects of the real estate industry help her provide clients with well-rounded service, in no small part due to her native knowledge of the Atlanta market, an innate sense of design and an instinctively caring nature. From a very early age, Lynsey knew she wanted a career in real estate. Her passion grew from assisting her father, a builder/lawyer, with real estate closings after high school, and she earned her license shortly before working for local builder Homeland Legacy helping clients with design needs. Her background includes experience with land developer Breedlove Land Planning in the acquisitions department. She also owned her own home staging company, and prior to going out on her own, she worked behind the scenes as director of operations for a top-producing agent at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty. Motivated by the feeling of accomplishment that comes from helping others achieve their goals, Lynsey takes her clients’ needs to heart, going above and beyond to meet a necessity or solve a problem. From the handwritten notes she personalizes for clients to the time she spends scouring listings to the way she stages and markets a home, Lynsey embraces the personal touch. A strong communicator who emphasizes thoroughly outlining the facts, she is known for her empathy and sense of humor in high-pressure situations. Skilled at creating a comfortable, inviting atmosphere, she enjoys making work fun. As a Georgia native born and raised in Gwinnett County, Lynsey is a versatile agent who easily goes where her clients’ needs take her. She is especially familiar with Gwinnett, Fulton and Forsyth Counties. Currently a resident of Cumming, she enjoys the area for its family-friendly atmosphere and active community.
