Throughout his career, Tom has successfully acquired and managed a wide range of residential and commercial development projects in both The Bahamas and the United States. His focus on luxury residential developments led to the establishment of a contracting company in 1983, which has played a vital role in the creation of exclusive sub-division homes across various developments in Southern New Jersey. Tom's involvement in these large-scale projects demonstrates his ability to navigate complex real estate ventures and consistently deliver exceptional results.

In addition to his real estate expertise, Tom founded fashion photography studios in Manhattan in 1998. This venture catered to prestigious clients in the fashion and publishing industries. The studios quickly gained a renowned reputation and remain a sought-after destination for exceptional photo productions.

In 2004, Tom founded a brokerage firm in Miami known for its outstanding sales performance in the city's most luxurious properties. The company's success is a testament to Tom's industry knowledge and commitment to providing exceptional service.

Currently, Tom takes pride in being the founder and principal owner of a luxurious boutique hotel in Eleuthera. This latest endeavor showcases his dedication to providing exceptional experiences in the real estate and hospitality sectors.
