Rande is a lifelong native of Southern California residing in San Diego over the last 50 years and calling Del Mar home over the last 30 years. Rande has owned and renovated 7 homes in different areas of Del Mar & has also built and developed properties in coastal San Diego, Hawaii, and Mexico.

Rande has successfully and privately served Fortune 500 CEO’s, NBA, MLB, NFL, Music and Movie professionals as well as first time homebuyers in the communities he serves. Rande has represented some of the most exclusive and most expensive properties sold in ALL of San Diego over the past 2 decades. Rande is consistently in the top 20 producers in all San Diego each year and top 5 when it comes to average price per sale.
Rande has forged long term working relationships in the coastal communities of San Diego with many trusted professionals, local cities (including coastal cities), and the covenant of Rancho Santa Fe. Valued relationships with local architects, general contractors, engineers, geotechnical bluff and oceanfront engineers, interior design and landscape professionals, land use and coastal attorneys, banks, private lenders, mortgage brokers, financial advisors, and a long list of specialty contractors allow Rande to advise and direct his clients along the successful path of selling or buying a home.

Rande has served on many boards and service organizations over the years including, United Cerebral Palsy of San Diego, Miracle League of San Diego and many other community organizations such as San Diego Downtown Partnership and the Del Mar Village Association. Rande is a long standing Realtor, member of SDAR and Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate.
Personal
Rande has been a lifelong surfer, waterman, played competitive beach volleyball and enjoys yoga, hiking, golf, skiing and exploring new activities and travel. Rande’s most proud achievement is being the father of two amazing young men, Blake 23 and Drew 22.
