Michael Payan grew up in York County, Pennsylvania while spending summers on the beaches, bays, and boardwalk in Ocean City.
In 2015, Michael left Pennsylvania to come to Sussex County, Delaware where he worked for half a decade in the restaurant industry before attending University of Delaware with a focus on Marketing and Management.
His entrepreneurial spirit lead him into a deep dive into real estate investing in Ocean City and Sussex County. Michael owns and operates 3 rental properties in Ocean City, Maryland and West Fenwick, Delaware. With experience in buying and selling houses of his own and operating rentals, Michael brings real world knowledge and a deep understanding of these processes to the table.
Michael is passionate about working diligently to find others their dream homes and dream investment properties here on the shore. He enjoys spending time with family and friends on the beach and soaking up the sun when he’s not helping his client find that special property.
