Prior to his career in Real Estate, David attended the prestigious Deerfield Academy (Deerfield, MA) and the University of Tampa (Tampa, FL) to achieve his educational and athletic ambitions. He signed his first professional baseball contract in 2013. After retiring from professional baseball, David turned to mentoring athletes, owning a 4,500 square foot athletic performance facility allowing him to impact the lives of over 1000 local kids, many of whom have moved on to collegiate and professional athletic careers themselves.
Born and raised in Beaconsfield, David's knowledge of the West Island of Montreal is unmatched. He can regularly be seen walking the Lakeshore with his dog Shelby or involved in community events in the area.
Licensed and experienced in both Residential and Commercial transactions, David's passion for architecture is complimented by a deep understanding of building code and construction. This allows him to address red flags with buyers and sellers in advance of transactions. He brings with him a substantial background in residential multi-unit investment properties with clients whose portfolios range from 2 to 500+ units.
David also has experience in Commercial and Industrial transactions, both as a broker representing his clients, and as a business owner negotiating his own contracts.
