With over a decade of on-the-ground experience in Phuket and Koh Samui, Felix has brokered numerous multi-million-dollar transactions across luxury villas, branded residences, and prime development land often involving discreet, off-market opportunities. He is deeply versed in Thai ownership structures, legal frameworks, and the nuances of foreign investment, making him an indispensable guide for both first-time buyers and seasoned portfolio builders.
Felix’s career began in Shanghai, where he founded and led a creative agency advising global clients including Johnnie Walker, McDonald’s, KLM, Chivas Regal, Ferragamo, and Lipton. This background in advertising and strategic design honed his ability to position and present assets with precision, creativity, and impact a skill he now applies to ultra-prime real estate.
Formerly Chief Marketing Officer of List Sotheby’s Thailand, Felix now leads acquisitions for Phuket and Koh Samui.
